The personal touch from Alison, our hotel manager, made us feel incredibly welcome, while the evening chatter with Paul the barman created a warm atmosphere that enhanced our stay.

the hotel was super clean and had a really nice vibe, felt welcomed right from the start. alison, the manager, was an amazin person who made us feel special. the breakfast was great once we fixed the coffee situation, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. the location next to the beach was perfect too.
the only downside was a small bathroom in our room andi wished the wifi was free.

the hotel had a warm vibe and was impeccably clean. we stayed in a double room with a private bathroom, electric kettle, and cozy carpeted floor. breakfast featured a generous buffet with fresh pastries. the staff, especially the manager, were genuinely welcoming. spa facilities helped unwind after days spent near the stunning seafront. would definitely return for the great experience.

helpful staff but minor room issues
The staff was incredibly supportive throughout our stay, especially Sarah, who provided warmed plates for our takeout! We appreciated that our dog was welcome, making our family with children feel at home.
The room could have used a bit more attention to detail.

pleasant stay with excellent staff
The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. The staff went the extra mile to assist with my needs.
The view from my single room wasn't as picturesque as expected.

Really good Location
To improve, the hotel could address the inadequate hot water supply during peak times, a clear inconvenience!!! Updating the dated décor in both rooms and communal areas would make a significant difference too!!!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the stunning beaches and relaxed in the cozy hotel amenities. Live performances were perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Just a heads up, the restaurant may have inexperienced staff, so be prepared for slower service. a great getaway! Would definitely recommend!
Our first room was in the basement with no lift access, which was tough because we had to navigate many stairs daily.

We had a lovely family stay for 3 nights, enjoying the clean twin room and the fun evening entertainment each night. It was great to relax in the garden area and the nice lounge, really added to our downtime. Just a small note, the water pressure in the shower could be better, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

Great staff, needs room updates
The bar area was lovely and the food was great, but the room felt dated. There was mold on the walls and the shower setup was awkward without a holder. The staff were super friendly, and they really went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs. Wish the rooms matched the service!

Charming Stay by the Sea
Our recent family trip was delightful! The breakfast buffet featured a variety of options, and our interaction with the cheerful waiter made mornings enjoyable. The room, while compact, was clean. Tip, Request a room away from the smoking area for a more pleasant experience.
